Lukas' Fund 5th Annual Wine Tasting and Silent Auction

Please join us at the home of Madeline and Phil Van Dyke for the 5th Annual Wine Tasting and Silent Auction. The event will be on Sunday, November 7th from 4 to 7 pm, at 154 Sedgefield Drive in Athens. We'll have great food, wine pairings recommended by Emily Poole of Shiraz Wines, and some terrific auction items. Lukas' Fund 7th Annual Golf Tournament

This year, our tournament will again be held at the University of Georgia Golf Course. Best of all, the event will take place on Saturday, May 8th, which is the weekend following the Stadion Athens Classic at UGA Golf Tournament, part of the Nationwide Tour.

We are taking part in the 'Tickets Fore Charity' program that allows local charities to sell weeklong passes to the Stadion Athens Classic at UGA Golf Tournament. They cost only $25 and best of all every single dollar goes to benefit Lukas' Fund! That's right, no catch, no joke - all $25 of your ticket price go to benefit Lukas' Fund. Update: We raised over $14,000, with over 100 golfers! The course was in perfect condition, and the weather cooperated for a great day.

Lukas' Fund 4th Annual Wine Tasting and Silent Auction

The wine tasting was another big success, with over 80 auction items and an incredible array of wines and foods. Held at the beautiful, historic home of Dr. Ann Critz, and neonatologist and Grady and long-time Lukas Fund supporter. The event took place indoors and out, with beautiful weather and a manicured garden making the event truly memorable. Best of all, over $5000 was raised for Lukas' Fund!

Lukas' Fund 6th Annual Golf Tournament

The tournament was held at the newly redesigned University of Georgia course on May 2nd, 2009. We had over 100 golfers who enjoyed (mostly) great weather and (occasionally) inspired golf. Dozens of prizes were raffled off, and 4 teams took home trophies for their accomplishments. The tournament raised approximately $10,000 for Lukas' Fund, which will benefit the NICUs at ARMC and Grady Memorial.
